Easy Lift Door Co. is looking to hire a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our Warranty and Services Team!

Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $11.50 - $13.00 DOE
Employment type: Full-time, entry-level

Hours: 7:00AM – 3:30PM

 

Role Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will report to the Production Manager. The individual will serve as a liaison between customers, associates, and staff at Easy Lift Door Co. A successful candidate is a fast learner, meticulous, dependable, and adaptable with strong written & verbal communications skills. A positive and team player attitude is required. The applicant must be comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Accurately write job tickets for services and warranties
  • Schedule services and warranties
  • Process credit card payments
  • Continuously expands knowledge of Easy Lift’s products, services, and warranties
  • Provide a variety of clerical office support

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast learner – eager to take initiative
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Unafraid to ask questions
  • Adaptable to change
  • Positive attitude
  • Be a team player: communicates and operates well with other staff and management  
  • Must be able to use a computer, possess email etiquette and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
