Easy Lift Door Co. is looking to hire a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our Warranty and Services Team!

Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: Determined on Hire: $17-$20/hr
Employment type: Full-time, entry-level

Hours: 7:00AM – 3:30PM

 

Role Summary:

Role Summary: The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager. The individual will serve as a liaison between customers, associates, and staff at Easy Lift Door Co. A successful candidate is a fast learner, meticulous, dependable, and adaptable with strong written & verbal communications skills. A positive and team-player attitude is required. The applicant must be comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones 
  • Answering/ Sending emails 
  • Scheduling work orders 
  • Creating Invoice’s and looking for PO’s 
  • Collecting payments 
  • Handling complaints and providing the appropriate solution 
  • Handling mini project (section spreadsheets, COD list) 

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent 
  • Attention to detail - Fast learner – eager to take initiative 
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills 
  • Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Unafraid to ask questions 
  • Adaptable to change 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Be a team player: communicates and operates well with other staff and management 
  • Must be able to use a computer, possess email etiquette and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
